Customer: MembersOwn Credit Union – At MembersOwn Credit Union, the premise is not just about banking, it is about the people. MemebersOwn Credit Union is not just about banking, it’s about the people as well.
Problem: MembersOwn Credit Union has two locations, in two different cities. They needed approximately 30 phone units with all the basic amenities. They originally worked with a separate phone company but decided to house everything with CSI, Inc., since they had been a customer for over 25 years.
Solution: By using the CSI Cloud Suite, the phone units were easily switched over, without needing any wires or additional hardware. Not only is everything stored in the cloud, but everything runs quicker and smoother.
Because MembersOwn Credit Union is business that requires face-to-face interaction, not many employees work remote. However, some employees do work remote because of the pandemic and they could move remote at any time.
According to Dave Sanders, VP of Operations, “the system was switched over in September. As with anything, there were a few hiccups, but they were resolved quickly and efficiently. We have one point of contact – they will either take care of it or find the right person to do it.”
